George Saling
This article from the June 2007 Prairie Trails Museum Newsletter recounts the life and story of Corydon's hometown Olympian, George Saling.

2007 marked 75 years since Corydon's own George Saling won a gold medal in the 1932 Olympics in Los Angeles running the 110 meter high hurdles in a record-setting time of 14.6 seconds.
His uniform, track shoes, and official Olympic jacket are on display in the 20th Century gallery.
